White zit looking dot on oscar head

I have never had a fish with it so I'm not certain but it could be HITH(hole in the head) disease, all I know about it is that it's hard to treat but it's obviously nothing to bad ATM. Hopefully someone with more experience with cichlids can help, good luck

Treat with Metronidazole it is early stage Hex. Do a 50% water change add 1 table of salt per 5 gallons of water. Keep the water very clean during and after treatment. Metro will clear it up. If you can't find straight Metro use API General Cure (Metro, Prazi combination) follow directions on the package and treat for full duration as recomended.
 
Ok.I will the zit looking thing feel off. No bump. So I.hope this is not a big problem
