Whited out eyes

Can serious high water temp from hit weather cause fishes' eyes to turn white? Can it be contagious by transferring filters from tank to tank? Thoughts and help pls

how many of your fish have cloudy eyes? by whited out eyes i think you may mean cloudy eye and its main cause is bad water quality.

None of my fishes are affected. The person I bought the used fx5 had some fishes with cloudy eyes. He said it was caused by the SUPER hot weather. The water was clean though..

dont worry about it. nothing will happen. just clean out the fx5 anyway like you normally would.

Everything i have read is that the main cause is bad water quality. Or from running into things in the tank
