Who’s your favorite serpent?

im still newer to this particular community so I wanted to start a regular discussion to get to know the server better. So I love all the exotic fish you make it flounders, puffers, leaf fish, archers, gar, eels, etc. but Ive recently been fascinated with more serpentine fish. So I wanted to ask what’s your favorite serpent. These are what I currently count as serpents
Spiny eels
Dojo/khuli/weather loaches
Bichirs
Knife fish
Swamp eels
Snake heads
Bowfins
Lung fish
And tell me why it’s your favorite and if you own any. There’s no wrong answer. Every fish is valued as unique in their own way. I’ll start I’m personally a fan of knife fish and spiny eels I have a fire eel and a brown ghost knife

I don't have one )yet) but I've found myself thinking about a freshwater moray more often than I wish. No doubt tough to keep in a tank but I'll probably pick one up before the year's out.

Morays have always been a favorite of mine - just need a tank big enough for one.
Strictly freshwater, I have a soft spot for spiny eels. I’d love to keep a snakehead but the government disagrees with me there.

I don't have one )yet) but I've found myself thinking about a freshwater moray more often than I wish. No doubt tough to keep in a tank but I'll probably pick one up before the year's out.

I had a green freshy back in the 90s. It was pretty cool except for when it pushed the return hose of my eheim out while I was at school lol
Can home to my room 2” deep with water and the morey swimming on the rug along with a 3/4 empty tank and burned out eheim

hi, this was my favorite fish until it died in the filter...Synbranchus marmoratus.I had him 4 years until he had accident in my filter...

The worst feature of swamp eels is their escape from tanks.

Currently i have one carapo and one tire track eel in the tank.The black ghost knife fish was killed by botia modesta.

Belly crawler pike cichlids possess a sort of serpentine movement. Guess thats why theyre called belly crawlers lol.
