Preferably acrylic but will entertain glass. Can anyone provide me with any reputable companies that will build me a monster tank? Would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I think Miracles has a good reputation, can anyone confirm? Please add to the list folks, have to explore all options as this is a big decision.

Big al's gets all their custom aquariums made from miracles, also my friend's store he ordered 200 30 gal tanks from them. I ordered few sumps from them as well. they don't do anything acrylic however. but the quality of their work is one of the best. seen it myself.

Miracles is very reputable but expensive. You don't have to worry about the build quality with them. Glass only. But TBH probally all around the same price. Glass is expensive.
I build a 220 6x30 wide by buying a 220 high for 100.00 and a new piece for 200.00 for the front some bracing all for about 400.00 total. Miracles priced me for the same size tank as the 30inch wide is "Custom" almost 3k!!

When I priced all new glass for that same size tank it worked out to 800.00 so that is quite alot of profit just for labour.

I am now building a 400g from some glass I cut up from that 220g and a 180g I just bought for 150.00 with a steel stand. Honestly its not hard if you are handy at all.

But I do not know your financial situation and having a brand new all glass Aquarium is probally one of the best things in life lol!!

I really was hoping they made acrylic. I honestly like it better because it doesn't take more than 1 buddy to move it, and maintenance is real easy such as drilling bulkheads and small repairs.

I am fairly handy and got another handy buddy as well that helps me with a lot of this stuff that's real handy. Building this intrigues me, but it is a big thing to screw up. I don't have any extra glass, wonder what the cost would be. Issue is my current 7x4x2 seams are starting to go, and I want to weld-on repair it but either need to build a temp home for the rays or get a new tank. If I can build a new one and sell the old one to offset the cost after I repair it that would put a lot less pressure on me having to do things by certain times, can simply do a quick swap. What silicone are you planning to use for such a big project? How are you cutting your glass? Financial situation... I'm 26 and just bought a house lmao, situation is grim but I will pay for peace of mind.

Miracles does do acrylic but extremely expensive compared to companies in the us. Also a glass tank that costs 2000 at miracles will cost 3000 or more with acrylic

It will be 6x4.5x2 high. The sides are from a 135g that I will cut from 6 to 4.5 ft.

Only Silcone that should be used is GE SCS 1200.

Okay cool I hoped you'd say scs1200. What thickness of glass? I assume some bracing too?

I msged miracles and a whole bunch of other places, will post feedback.
