Who deleted my post?

I am not happy at all with the handling of the matter in the thread "everybody show your Arows+all ages-all sizes-all types". You can't just sweep that under the carpet and hope it will go away.
Here is the post again.

The guy had the audacity to remove my watermark which copyright registered. What this means is the following.

Besides making a public record of your protected web site, copyright registration has the very important benefit of allowing you to obtain statutory damages for infringement. Many times, especially with unpublished works, it may be difficult or impossible for the copyright owner to prove actual damages. If the web site copyright is registered, however, the owner is entitled to statutory damages of $750 to $30,000 as determined by the court, even if actual damages cannot be proven. If the copyright owner proves that infringement was willful, the court may award statutory damages of up to $150,000 per violation.

exactly which part are you not happy with, we know you dont like your pictures posted here so it was removed as soon as it was brought to our attention.
its as simple as that really.
MFK did not remove your water mark an individual did.

Nothing was swept under the carpet. The offending post and pic were deleted, member PMd with the reason, and the avatar removed.

Your post was removed as stated by "cleanup" due to no longer being in context to the posts in the thread.

Anything further, between the two principle parties, is to be handled via PM, email, or other communication means.
