Who ever use tile on the bottom of their tanks?

I am thinking about using ceramic tile on the bottom of my tank and possibly up 2" on the sides. Who ever did this? What grout, tile and whatever else I need is safe for this? I think I want to use black tiles and black grout if I decide to do this.

I've seen tanks with it and its pretty cool. Easy to clean but i dont know about the weight difference between the 2 tho
