Who has crossed there own SRT

I crossed a female blood parrot with a male escondido. None turned red and didn't have much pearl. Wondering what anyone out there crossed to get their's. Pics too is you have them

hey i would check with fishfreak317 i got one from him a week or so ago that he bred its not fully faded yet but i have some camera phone pics of him in my albums

i think they will show up red and pearl after faded.

my understanding is that it takes many generations of breeding to get a SRT like we're used to seeing... Keep at it and good luck

i have 20 rd x srt from bigshot and one starting to fade.

I know it takes many generations, but of what. Anyone one have some luck breeding them on there own.

anyone who has a formula to spawn 300 dollar cichlids isn't going to get off of it just because a stranger asks on the internet, experimentation is all I can recommend... If you want educated guesses, I think you're on the right track with BPs and Carpintis, some red midas or RD blood might help too.
