I've been doing a little digging and haven't been able to find many pics of large congicus in captivity. I know someone has a congi in this forum that's larger than 20". So who on here has the largest Congicus?

had Godzilla that was a beast of a congi... I cant remember for sure size but I think around 22-23" when it passed. As to current record holder for largest congi.... not sure on that one
On the topic of XXL Congicus in the U.S. Toyin imported this beast pre 2007 and looks to be about 27-28". Too bad it was DOA.
Most congicus specimens over 22", 23", 24"+ are overseas, i.e. Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. Here's a taxidermy of a 35" specimen imported to Japan . Which did not make the trip either. Customer decided to have it stuffed afterwards.

Hmm I wonder why that is? Have they just not been in the states long enough?
Many here don't have the desire to spend $200 or much more on fish
but then again. We'll put 26" rims on a $200 car here

As for the largest congi on MFK, Ricky's (infblue) Congicus or YuChia's (CDM) Congicus or R1_Ridah's (Joey) old Congicus. All 3 were 27"+ a few years ago, the ones still alive should be pushing 30" by now.
