The largest Festae on MFK. Im curious to see if anyone has a festae or photos that is anywhere near close to reaching the 45cm+ mark i read about. Sorry if this has been asked before.

My male has only reached 9 inches but he is still fairly young, my female is probably 2-3 inches smaller.
how long did it take your male to reach 9in? i ask because i have a little male that i have been growing up since he was like a month old fry at like .5in or smaller, and it has taken him like 7-8mnths to reach 3invass69;4170436; said:

My little male has grown 2" in the last 10 weeks but thats with daily water changes and lots of food and being the only festae in the tank. There painfully slow growers.
I bought him around 5 inches, it has taken probably about a year to reach the 9 inch size. I feed him once MAYBE twice a day, he lets me know when hes hungry.
yeah he is the only festae because he took care of all his siblings but he is in my 120 with other tankmates, and he had a big growth spurt a couple months back when i first put him in the big tank he went from 1.5-3in within like 3mnths but since then hasnt really seemed to growth much though he is filling in a bit more and getting more colorful by the weekpreston5321;4170656; said:
