I figured this would help alot of those who have never done it and want to do it. I figured a majority of us have done it but been in the same boat as those who are trying to decide who to order from so i think we should help them out... Make a list of who you ordered from and fish you got and how everthing wentFor me-First order was from floridatropicalfishdirect.comOrdered-5 festaes and a cubanExperience with them- very good customer service and quick email responses and fish are very nice quality. I've since sold these fish but kept in touch with the buyers and all fish are great. Shipping isnt too bad to NY where i liveRapps and tangledupincichlids.comI have 3 orderes with Rapps wich include- grammodes, trimac, lyonsi, red istlanum, and 4 beanisExperience with Rapps- Top of my list for a vendor and fish are just awesome. Shipping is cheap if you live close like i do. Very helpful and he know his stuff. Dan from cichlidsoftheamericas.comordered a pair of grammodesExperience with Dan- Shipping wasnt bad and fish are very nice. I thougth my grammodes werent showing any color till the wife noticed some on my female so i should have been a lil more patient. Has a nice list of WC fish and prices are great
 
ordered 6 or so large cichlids from jeff rapps, excellent communication, packing, and quality of fish.

ordered 8 or so medium sized cichlids from gage at cichlid connection, excellent communication, decent packing, good quality fish. they seem to be getting better with each day in terms of growth, color and attitude.. lol

would have ordered from dan at cichlidsoftheamericas but his reponses were very slow.

I've ordered from Rapps and floridatropicalfishdirect.com before, and both had great service and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. However, I'll give an edge to Jeff because of packaging and overall quality of fish. I've placed three separate orders with him and never been disappointed.

I only order from Rapps. Jeff has been around for many years and I think his quality is excellent and he's a great seller to do business with. My last batch of Brackish fish that I recieved from him are top notch and I even got a cool T-shirt lol.
