I just started on monday, and have already noticed my jeans are fitting a little better, but I can atribute that to the major change in my diet.

I was eating really fatty foods for dinner any lunch, and often skipping breakfast. While I dont really care for the diet change, its not so bad.

So, who all has done p90x, and did you like your results? Any tips or tricks?

I really works. What it basically does is it makes you work your butt off so that there are more calories being burnt instead of being ingested (that is if you TRY to change your diet in a positive direction).

I myself have seen changes. I have been doing it for 75 days and I have seen very positive results. I look much leaner. I actually look skinny and much leaner but in all honesty, I gained about 6-7 lbs of muscle. I went from 155 to 161-162 lbs. Love handles are smaller, back muscles are more pronounced, arms and shoulders are more cut and boy do I run much faster (sub 9' miles in 3-6 mile runs) and play 4-5 games of basketball games straight. I had to stop because I have start running, cycling, and swimming.
 
If you do a search there have been quite a few threads on this already.

But i do it and love it. Not everyday though...i play soccer and mtb/bmx a lot and would be too sore to do both. I wasn't pretty fit before starting, and have gained a lot of muscle. Vegetarian diet, lots of protein.
 
I have just done my own work outs and diet change and have lost over 65 lbs in less than a year. It is just a planned workout, so not like it is magical. Heck the wii fit has exercises that will kick your butt if you do the strength training rather than the fun games.

I have friends who are using it and are happy, but the biggest losers so far are the people who are doing other things instead. Yes I have gained a lot of muscle as well.
