I just started on monday, and have already noticed my jeans are fitting a little better, but I can atribute that to the major change in my diet.
I was eating really fatty foods for dinner any lunch, and often skipping breakfast. While I dont really care for the diet change, its not so bad.
So, who all has done p90x, and did you like your results? Any tips or tricks?
