i havn't skated in like 10 years but my 3 year old son has an interest in it so my wife got me a board for christmas its just a cheap 1080 but its a board i'm gonna change the trucks and wheels i'm gonna get some independent trucks but don't no what kind of wheels yet

Make sure to get the lighter Independents because sometimes they can be on the heavy side! For wheel I would go with Satori.

I skate every now and then. Not much free time nowadays. I've got a Girl board and forget everything else. Snowboarding has taken over.

me too but i findout some how to get to the mt. and i know indys are heavy i use to love riding them they were basicly indestructable cuz they were so big and bulky. I also like venture feather lights but i would always break them

I'd go with some thunders, krux or phantoms (they are expensive).

i use to skate up until i was in 9th grade, then i grew out of it. i still got my blind board somewhere around here.

im a pretty big dude, but i use to a little, then i got a pair of blades.

Snowboarding is too expensive for me...

Heh, I always complain about how much it costs to buy snowboard gear, yet I always end up buying tons of it.
I spent $2000 this year alone. And now we have a crap winter, so I've barely used any of it.
