Just curious about drip systems with chloramine in the supply. My supply has chloramine in it, but I would still love to run a drip system. I have emailed the filter guys a few times about it and it's seems (from their perspective) that I need to run a RO unit along with their chloramine removal carbon blocks to remove chloramine and the ammonia the removal process will produce. If I have to run a RO unit, I will have to tweak that water before putting it in my tank, which will defeat the whole purpose of the drip in the first place. Any thoughts or ideas?

Is this for fish or turtles?
it is for fish, but a turtle may always show up.

I have kicked around the idea and a dosing pump, but ideally I would like to run water from the source, through the "filter" and into the tank. Only having to worry about changing my filters to get rid of the chloramine

I had chloramines in my water and just ran a filter. Bought the Chloramine filter from thefilterguys.biz. worked great
