Who is the killer?

Well i've got two Alligator Gars some days ago, and one is smaller than other(1/2 inch) and i didn't saw any fight between them. But last monday morning i saw the little one is floating on water and dead. he got some blood marks(3-4) on the skin. Can it be the big Gator?

Kinda odd. If they were smaller I wouldn't be too surprised by the larger one trying to eat the smaller one. At this size it strikes me as a little odd though. But definitely not unheard off, given the generally aggressive nature of gator gars.

how much where you feeding them? thats the only thing i can think of... the bigger guy got hungry.

also water quality? the marks may be post mortum.. the smaller gar dies.. bigger one hungry.. attempts to eat lil one.

Am feeding them twise per day with meat, and changing water every 5 days...

Seems this gar got some strange behaviour, he is trying to eat anything in their, when i close wood, paper, plastic, etc to the water then he is attacking to it. But not for my hand or fingers
