Who do you think looks best as Conan? Arnold Schwarzenegger or Jason Momoa?

Arnold Schwarzenegger as Conan the Barbarian:

Interestingly enough some of Mamoa's facial expressions in the pictures remind me of those of the artwork in the old black and white Savage Sword of Conan comics but if we go by the comics he just aint big enough.He might be tall but Shwarzenegger nailed it with the total image.

They're will never be a better Conan than Arnold. Momoa was good in Game of Thrones, his biggest problem is that Arnold set the bar so high.

I agree, there can be nothing like Arnold, plus everything that he achieved he earned it, there was always a strong personality behind the goal that he pursued. Arnold is that conquering spirit instead of an actor who got the opportunity to play Conan thus sent to some period of physical transformation and then ACTION! Whoaa CONAN! No no.. Arnold is Conan.

The only way to get a fair answer to this is to have someone watch both for the first time.

All we have known for nearly 30 years is Arnold. It's hard to get that out of your head. About the only thing I can give to the new movie is better graphics.

Anyone ever felt that in the new movie, young Conan was more intense and strong than the grown up Conan?

when you compare the two, there really is no comparison

only thing that the new guy has on arnold is modern day technology

some classics just shouldn't be remade. some actors fit a role so well that you just can't remake it. i believe conan by arnold is one of those

Well, I have yet to see either version, so I'll get right on that.
