Firehouse Subs has pretty good chili. Plus they have all those different hot sauces so you can kick it up a notch. BAM!!! I poured a 10+ (heat level) sauce in the last bowl I ordered. The next day was not pleasant.

yeah the day after or even the next few hours arent pleasant (if you know what i mean)

my mom just gets this good chili mix and puts stew meat in it (or something) and then i throw half a bag of fritos and onions and cheese ontop.
