Who names their fish?

I will name them if they give me reason to, I've had my Jewel cichlid for something like 3 years now and he/she has no name. It's a nice looking fish and has some personality but nothing that really sticks out.
My new Oscar is already my buddy after a few days and greets me when I walk in usually so I started to call him/her Oz.
My Pike & Poly might get a name even if for nothing else other than them because awesome, nothing has came to mind yet though because they are so new. All my mollies/corys/guppies/ottos/CAEs/Plecos etc will never get names, WAY to many fish there.
I have two Damsels, one was just being a complete jerk bag to the other so he lives in a 10g for now all by himself since he was to good to share the 20g with his sister without chasing her constantly. The 10g was originally setup as just a SW water mixing tank for water changes but I needed to separate them so he calls it home for now, he will eventually get to big for now he is only like 1.5" though so it's fine. It is in the Kitchen and sometimes he is happy to see me to eat and other times he freaks out and hides under his rock. Just like sometimes he would be nice to his sister and other times, not. So with all that said, I call him "Fâgel". The a doesn't really need the ^ on top but the site was being lame and blocking the first 3 letters when it's not derogatory at all. I just named him after Fogel in Superbad except changed it to that because there is a part where Seth calls him that for acting like a pussy, much like the Damsel. Long story I know, but it's funny to me.

i dont name my fish but my girlfriend does i just call them by there common name. heres a few names she calls them....
ornate bicher- harley
3 clown loaches- the three amigo's
tilapia- queen bee
texas cichlid- tex

I usually don't name stuff unless a particular animal has made an impression on me. My wife likes naming stuff so I let her do it usually, even though I buy and care for the fish LOL. Out of all our fish the only ones that are named are a blue Betta named Mr. Sparkle, and two of the piranhas that are named Chompy and Bitey.
I only name my fish if I start calling one something. For instance, I have an 8" royal Pleco in my Piranha Tank, and I started calling him "Pleco Fantastic" because he is fantastic. and it kinda stuck. Also, my girlfriend insists on calling my silver Arowana "Harry" and my Tigrinus "Philis". I don't know why, she thinks its funny...
I NAME MOST OF MY FISH AFTER EGYPTIAN GODS OR AZTEC/MAYAN KINGS. FOR EXAMPLE MY CA JAGUAR IS NAMED MONTEZUMA I NAME MY FEEDERS AS LUNCH, DINNER, AND TREATS

I name my fish, but not right away. Some still don't have names, I just wait for them to do something to earn a name, or something just pops in my head.
