Thought I'd try and tally up how many datnioides pulcher, aka widebar or st, that there are currently in the UK. I have my one that I've had for a number of years to start off the count. I know of richard aka t1karmann's monster which must be the biggest in the UK.

The last I know of shipped to the UK were the 4 by my good friend George aka pufferxtreme from admond aka rockygoldy but that must have been 4yrs back now. Are there many lurking out there that fellow UK mfkr's own or know of? Would love to get a list of them here and then add some pics up if interest in this thread takes off.

I dont know of any other than the ones you have said but maybe some on the aro forums in the uk like aquatic-forums.uk or whatever it is,there must be more,is there any big forums like mfk in the uk at all you could look at?

I reckon there could be more than we think. Its just that not everyone goes on the forums.

I believe 2 of the fellas at Wharf Aquatics own some too

Don't think they are widebars rob. Altho the lad claimed them to be I'm pretty sure they are not by his comments and his reluctance to send me pics. Plus I reckon Richard hardwick wouldve mentioned they were to one of us.

What about the one in Eastbourne? David something? Was that ever decided if that was one or not?

Richard how many of the 15 do you know are still alive or where they are? Dixon's old one has gone now I believe.
