who said dats are slow growers?

i have had my indo for less than 1 month and has grown 1".
he eats like a pig... con fry, smelt, and raw shrimp.

first pic was taken 1/26/07 at 5".

very nice! i love those deep bars on indos. ive had similar luck getting a widbar to grow rather quickly.

woah tahts a significate growth. i've had mine for about 6 months and its grown an inch or so

They grow in spurts under 12 inches. Meaty foods such as shrimp and feeder fish seems to help a lot. The slowdown happens when you hit 11-12. They just get thicker at that point and the growth rate really slows down. Just like 30 something men.
