i'm starting to think maybe they are not so evil after all? yes granted they can be the odd psycho, like most fish, but i'm seeing more and more examples of previously uneducated people having grown micro's to 18"+ in com tanks with other large fish with out any major ructions, yes occasional accounts of the odd com'd micro taken dislike to a particular fish but generally lots of success too. agreed there are factors that help with the success, keeping every one in the tank well feed, plenty of room, growing the sh out with tankmates all its life seems to be the big key to success!

So i thought i'd open this up for discussion and peoples positive accounts of micro's, if they did snap what size ext, at what fish and some back ground on your micro's in question....

this is really interesting because i have seen micro's in monster community tanks and other people say they wouldnt dare keep one with ANYTHING. once i get a tank big enough i deffitly want to keep one of these, so il be interested in what people have to say.

back in the day when I could get channas and I had a redline..It started to get "evil" at around the 12-14" range and just got "crazy" at 18-20"
but I dont know, I think that they are like any predatory fish and it all depends on the individual fish...

Well I had my Micro with Koi and Tilapia and Grasscarp ^^ worked fine ;) !
