who says fish need water !!!!!!!!

i think this was alread posted. I like the part where the fish are hiding in beer cans. They are getting smarter :ROFL:
 
Not so unusual

Local NZ species does the same.

Mudfish can do something most other fish can't – they can survive without water for about two months! All they need is vegetative cover to keep themselves moist. Then, when summer is over and water returns to the wetland, they can eat, swim and breed. This adaptation means that mudfish can live in places other fish can't.

Oh.. thats AMAZING!!:eek: how cool is that! But im wondering how they get into logs or beer cans? do they just flip flop themselves all over untill the find the right spot?

you don't even need to watch the water level to make sure it has water its good for a couple months!!!
Easiest fish to move in three steps
1. put fish in pocket
2.drive to new location
3. put in new tank(water optional:D)
