Who uses Vonage or other VOIP services??

How is the service?? Ive had mine for a few months now. Unlimited long distance, call conference, voice mail, call logs etc.. etc.. all that for less than 30 bucks. Im happy with it so far. Anybody tried it??

It works wonderfully (is that a word?) in the hospitals that i've worked in

I have it in the city.
IMO it sucks, always problems, often no line, incoming calls sent direct to voice mail... it's a pain in the ass to set-up.....blah blah.....
I don;t like to put all my eggs in one basket like that.
The one price is nice but you tend to get what you pay for.

Dont get it if it will be used as a primary phone.. You will get pissed.
but if your setup is that everyone has a cell phone and the home phone is really just secondary, then it might work.

I had a problem before where the router conked out on me but they replaced
it asap and got it within 3 days... since we all have cellphones in the house.. its perfect.. check your vm even when youre not home, unlimited long distance..etc..and its cheap..

i had the aol on it sucked... i got some other one... its great now
