So my house is currently hooked up to the city water which i of course use Seachem Prime to dose the water when i do my water changes. But i was wondering if i was to get a whole house carbon filtration system, would that any way affect my aquariums in any way? Also i know that a water softener will make my ph unstable so would i be able to possibly exclude a sink in my garage from the plumbing to the softener so that i can do water changes? Looking for advice from anyone that has done this to their house or has planned it out. Thank you in advanced.
