who's kept tarpon?

who here has kept tarpon, specifically the atlantic? im wondering if you've enjoyed them, their activity level, personality, growth rate, etc...

I've kept Indos. Very pretty, active fish. Pretty interactive - did not grow fast. Always on the move. My Giant Gourami turned on all of the fish in the tank overnight and ate them all, including the tarpons, and that was the end of it.

If there is a cichlid or a bully in the tank, they will get bullied. They do not fight back at all, and suffer as a result.
