I pose this question to the Forum.

Who's tank is it? What’s your most aggressive fish, you have in your aquarium?

I am a beginner Just got my first 55 gallon cycled and fully stocked, and already I can't stop think about my next tank; why didn't any one warn me about the addiction.

Any ways my Tank has

5 Bala Sharks
3 Red Tailed Black Sharks
1 Rainbow Shark
1 Blue Paradise Gourami
1 Powder Blue Dwarf Gourami
1 Dwarf Gourami

The Bala's are the Gentlest of them all never bothers any one, not even when being attacked. The 3 RTBS keep to them self’s in their cave, and occasionally chase each other but it not too bad. The Rainbow on the other hand owns the whole tank let him tell it, he chase everyone except the Gourami's. The Blue Paradise stays at the top and keeps to himself, the Powder minds his own business 85% of the time but the other 15% chases the dwarf who is always hiding/

No flaming please I Have an 8' tank in the works for my Bala’s, they are by far my favorite. I think I am overstocked but I have about 5 gallons of biomedia and a 50 gallon sump with 25 gallons of water in it.

My most aggressive fish is probably my Senegal Bichir and even then it's more curious than it is aggressive.

My pike is the most aggresive but my oscar knows he's the ruler and the pike doesnt bother him.

My oscar owns his tank.... but then his only companion atm is a bristlenose plec!! The Os only 3inches atm

My BGK has ruled the tank since he arrived - not by aggression - just by speed and the fact that he does not 'go around' anyone else. Their eyesight is very poor so perhaps they can't 'see' the others in their way, but sometimes I think he just likes to have the other 'skitter' out of his way.

my jaguar cichlid for sure in my 55

Ahh, but they're eye sight may be bad but they use an electrical field to sense their surroundings....i reckon he just likes butting other fish :)

My Red Jewels rule 1 tank, as long as the big Oscar lets them. When he has had enough, he takes over.
My Texas Cichlids rule the other tank, but they are a breeding pair. In that tank, in my opinion, the FH's rule the tank, because they are the only fish I have that go after me, as soon as my arm is in the tank.

Not mine, all my fish are peaceful.:naughty:

How nice that must be. I have tried to get mine to get along, I removed the mean rainbow, and the Red Tail took over as the mean one; until I put the rainbow back to reclaim the tank. Better to have one mean fish then to have 3.
