Ok, after looking forever I finally found marble sailfin pleco's online and ordered two. A 2.5" albino and a 3". They would not have survived in my tank so threw em in wife's 55 to grow em out a bit. In 55 there is a 4" severum, 2.5" green terror, 4" bristlenose pleco, 2- 5" pictus cats, and 3- 1.5" rosy barbs. Everything was great for couple weeks, was lovin new fish. Then one day they were gone.... after close inspection found a couple of small bones/scraps. I suspect the pictus cats but don't know. The larger of the two did swallow my 1" ebjd I was tryin to grow, but figured if they couldn't swallow plecos they would be fine. Whoever did it had to have tore them apart and consumed them. Was so little left i almost didn't find any scraps. Would pictus cats have done this? Or was it maybe a group effort?
