Who is the little guy who always gets picked on in your aquarium? mine is my little goldfish with a black dot. the others think its food and try to peck him. poor guy

I've got an uaru that doesn't seem to be growing. I rescued two of them from a tank full of random cichlids that were looking pretty sad (dead and dieing, badly beaten up fish etc) at a chain store lfs, its only about 3" and the other one that was the same size when I got them is now about double that.
4" Green Severum, only gets bullied by my larger one. Poor guy hides all day until food time but when he does come out he's full of life. He's growing quickly and looks very healthy so I'm hoping they'll eventually get over it.
My "runt" is one of my Channa Lucius....i bought 3 some time back and they were all the same size then, around 6 cm...while the other 2 have grown to around 12cm, the "runt" is only around 8-9..still it eats like a pig and is not exactly afraid of the 2 lager ones..
mine ais a australian bass, he small and hes in with alot of other fish including scats so he has to compete with other fish for food but he always gets enough.
