Who's ya daddy? Help with ID!!!

So i got this little guy thinking he was a convict cichlid. He was in a tank all by himself with nothing written on the front in some little asain fish shop.
He looked like a convict at first, but I've noticed the tail spots and what not lately.
He's the most fiesty fish I've ever owned and will lip lock and push back my almost fully grown dempsy's and flowerhorn. So I know he's gotta be a hybrid of some description (Right?)

If I had to guess, I'd say it's either a deformed (from inbreeding) Convict or it's a Convict crossed with Cutteri. Just my 2 cents here.
