Why cant i log into chat?

i'm gonna restrain from telling you that there's a thread in this section about 15 threads down about the same topic and instead i'm going to say that the chat does not exist. it's not you or anything you're doing wrong, the admins for this site decided we will not have chat here. i'm sure someday they'll make that link disappear
