Had him since March 22nd. Im so sad :/ I got to hand feed him krill. Bf was going to work and my oscar was dead :/ tanks been up for a year now. He was with 2 severums, a convict, port cichlid, and silver dollars but all my other fishes are fine and he doesnt look like he was in a fight
Nitrate between 5.0-10ppm
Ammonia .25
Nitrite 0 ppm
I did a 40% waterchange on saturday and he was fine :/

I had just fed him krill around 8 pm last night :/ I feed them flakes every morning and pellets at night and give bloodworms once a week. Brine shrimp pellets a couple times a week. And krill once or twice but only one each for the brave fish. He was completely fine -.- should I treat for diseases?

He could of swallowed something, tank size is really irrelevant because Oscar are ready tough fish. He could of just been a sick one, my first Severum I ever had died for no reason while almost 2 years later his tank mate is fine. It does suck though, hard to fill the void because every Oscar is so different in terms of personality.

It was my fault. I didnt close the lid -.- stepdad sed he found him on floor still alive so he put him back in the tank
