Why did my sal die.

I woke up this morning to find my salvivi dead behind the intake tube of my filter. No signs of injury or disease. The only hint that some thing was wrong was that his color was washout yesterday.
He was housed in my 135g with my other cichlids. Filtering 1 xp3 and 2 ac110. Water parameters are all good and all other fish seem fine.
What do you think happened.

Possibly stess. Maybe got chased around too much. Just a guess.

Somtimes fish just die too - could have been an intenstine blockage, it's happened to me plenty of times with some fantastic fish.

water change 40%/week
aggression nothing to serious usual cichlid behavior. My sal would chase my JD.
Parameters Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrite Nitrate 20-30 ppm Ph 7.2

Some thing hapen to my Dovii pair the color and died behind the drieffwood.
