Why does diet soda and Captain Morgan cause such chaos? Many a time, chicks who have imbibed these two substances have ended up in my home, without even making me breakfast. WTF? LOL

I saw the above mentioned mythbusters. it wasn't just the chemicals, it was also the surface of the mento in question had millions of tiny divots (sp) that caused for nucleation, this is also what causes beer, mine, champagne, and soda to continue to "fizz" in a glass. the glass isn't as smooth as you think.

Edit: just went to the link, he said that part. They did also find out it was a chemical reaction not just physical.
