I think this is because compared to alot of other cichlids, and relative to the size they get, there are other cichlids that would bulley most oscar around if not killed them despite how large they can get. Many times in my cichlids keeping days. I would try to keep various mixed cichlids together, with the likes of say RD, JD, GT, DOV, Umbee, Butti, and as they start to grow and get territorial, they oscar are usually the first one's to get pushed around or have to be removed. From my experience in keeping fish. The fish you list are no match for your oscar, but start adding other cichlids his size like a few I have mentioned and in time you may see a different outcome..

can you put these fish in order from lest aggressive to most aggressive

Oscar,JD,GT,Flower Horn,Midas cichlid,RD,convict cichlid,servem,pearsei cichlid,disscus,Jag,blue arca,angelfish,hybrid BP

please do it

Aggression is something that is very dependant on the personality of that specific fish. My JD could be more aggressive than my GT, but the fact that my JD was in a tank alone for awhile could contribute to him being more aggressive when put back into a community setting. In another members tank their GT could be a monster and kill their JD.

This would be very hard to do, as I assume there are difference experience with the listed species of cichlids. But I would say at first glance and as a majority times from the list I'd say 1.FH (though I have never owned one, but I often see them kept as a single species) 2.Midas/RD would probably be the top fo the food chain.

WTF? Why are there two of these threads? :duh:
