So after a successful night of studying i went to check on my 2 10 gallon tanks my gold fish tank seemed awfully cloudy which was weird because it was quite crispy a few hours ago so i checked the filter and the airator that i was using had water in it so i had to dig up a new filter which i luckily had and had to replace the old one...the problem with the new one is i had nothing to secure it with...30 min later i was able to secure a paper clip to the back of the filter and it is doing just fine now just frustrating every problem seems to happen after 2 am lol

fishes demand attention 24 hours a day.

my fish tank are in the living room, i sometimes just lay out there and just listen. i can her my aros hitting the lid.

i tried to do my first water change (had fish for five days) and all hell broke loose about 2-3 hours ago.

i feel your pain, friend.

how hard is a water change?

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.
Always have backups or emergency go-to's for crucial equipment and meds.

Personally, I'd rather have something happen at 2AM when I'm home, than at 2PM when I'm not.
