Why do some RBP's have super red bellys some dont?

Anybody know why some red bellies have super red bellies and some of them are just black with very very light red on them.

Good question if I had to guss its blood lines but I don't know culd be forced selective breeding. Diet'conditions'ect.

Diet, water condition, breeding colors, age, background colors. Just a ton of possible reasons
