Very good setup! /thump upI know it's harder to keep clean but I think you get a more natural and comfortable population View attachment 1218922 View attachment 1218923 View attachment 1218924 View attachment 1218922 View attachment 1218923 View attachment 1218924 View attachment 1218925 View attachment 1218926 View attachment 1218927 View attachment 1218928 View attachment 1218929 View attachment 1218930
Very good setup! /thump up
*I do like aquascape to make my tank look more nature and fishes will look more calm and easy going out to do their own thing rather than hide in some corner of the tank
*If you have a good healthy planted tank with a right live stock for the tank then you pretty much don't have much maintain going down the road except refill and dose weekly mineral into your tank. Yes, I meant you don't even need to do water change if you do it right.![]()
I have stumps and giant flower pots, areas of cover with driftwood limbs, etc. My fish don't go under the stump, very rarely go in the flower pots, and almost never go in the dark corners made with driftwood. I guess it depends on the fish.
All vieja, 1 Amph. No pleco's because the tank's acrylic. I've seen some BIG catfish I like, but my tank's not big enough for a Tiger Shovel Nose, or a Tigrinus. So, no catfish. I had a Jag for a little while that liked to be under driftwood, but he had to go.
Veija don't use cover in my tank. I have some Trimac's in a 125, they don't use cover much, either.
