Um, has anyone seen a closeup of her? Not the best looking chick, that's for sure. She can't sing, yet record labels push millions of advertising dollars her way just to ram her pre-processed crap down the lemmings - I mean public's throat. I don't get it.

Let's review:

- Not even remotely attractive when compared to the Hollywood "elite."
- Can't really sing, Saturday Night Live proved that.
- Doesn't write her own music.

Yet somehow she has been turned into a star. I can point out a ton of new female artists that are a thousand times more talented, Toby Lightman, Alana Davis & Joss Stone just to name a few. I don't get it.
