why is hallmark selling frogs?

hallmark is selling dwarf frogs and snails in these tiny enclosures. since when did card stores get into the selling wet pets?

Since it became easy money. I'd expect them to use bettas over a frog though.

Yeah - I was thinking the same thing. I have came across a few places in the mall that seems to be specializing in this little " setups ".

they sell those two dwarf frogs and bamboo almost everywhere anymore. but hallmark has been doing it for like 2 or three years around here. usually more around christmas time. they even sell them at "head" shops like where they sell pipes and hippy clothes and stuff. ive seen them for $25 bucks. the same frogs are $3 at petsmart. the info card says they prefer small areas and dont like fish tanks. ive had one in a tank for over a year and he swims around like crazy. i dont believe that crap for a minute. anything to make a buck.
