So I have these 2 stingrays my marble is fully mature huge c laspers his disk is around 12 inches width. And my female is a hybrid motoro not positive what she is but she is around 15 inches width I have added the male to my 500 gallon aquarium a month ago and he has not shown any interest. No Bite marks on female at all. Water parameters are. Ammonia 0. Nitrate 40. Ph 7. Any have any clue why they won't breed

What are your temps?

Try live worms. Sometimes live food helps (not feeders)

Abundance of food helps. Some males take their time. Some are hornballs. My boy tries to flip pregnant females and female's that aren't ready yet. Constantly tries to breed, have to keep him alone most of the time except when I want him to breed

Not all stingrays are breeders and some stingrays won't cross with others. Other factors may be they aren't ready yet, tankmates are stressing them, not enough room, water quality and being only a month is not long enough to draw any kind of conclusion of whether they will breed or not.

Maybe the other fish in the tank will take some time for him to get used to also.

My temp is 82 and I feed my rays mostly masivore but every other day I feed them tilapia and sometimes worms

I removed the log a while back thought that that might be the case they are not breeding. Not enough room. My tank has a arowana. Tiger datnoid. American. 3 kelberi. 1 timensis and a flag tail. And the tank is bare bottom
