Why is there so many bubbles at top when feeding market shrimps?

I washed my shrimps and devein them before feeding. I noticed each time I feed shrimps it would cloud my water for 30 mins and create a large layers of bubbles at the top of the tank. Does anyone have this problem? Is the bubbles and water clouding bad for the fish?

I'm going to guess its caused by the shrimp breaking down pretty quickly which can foul water... i find this can happen to my tank if i feed a lot of de-frsoted shrimp and the fish decide to be really messy and play with their food leaving little bits laying around...
