Why my fish lay at the bottom?

My FH was fine and happy when I came home today. I fed him and he ate and swam around like normal. Then when I looked at him a while later. he's just laying at the corner at the bottom. Why? Looks like he's sad. Nothing breathing hard or anything. Just normal but at the bottom corner doing nothing.

I think he's bloated. How can I fix bloating?

sometimes fish just need to sit and be still.. might be nothing wrong with him at all.

I know when I do water changes or have my hands in my tank doing anything my aro and his tankmates will sit at the bottom due to stress.... About 30mins after I take my hands out and stop messing with the tank he starts swimming around again.

idk if this is your case or not, but this is one reason why they sit at the bottom.
