Probably settling into the smaller aquarium, if its too small for them there is also the possibility they arent comfortable enough for any of them to establish dominance which may explain why not even one is eating (assuming theyre the only ones in the aquarium)

the aquarium is 70 litre

I have divided it into two parts with glass

female parrot + male texas | male and female severom

it's too small?

So you can do whatever you truly want, that being said I would use your best moral judgement what you think is too small for the fish to be enjoying life and not be stressed. The two of them could live in the tank but I would double the filtration. up the water changes. But i would seriously consider getting a tank of 55 gallons, or 220 liters, and you could keep those four fish and they would grow and live much more enjoyable lives.

Plus it will be much more enjoyable watching them swim opposed to be so concealed. Before you make your next fish purchase think about just saving some money and buying the correct Tank + Filtration, then move onto finding a cheap light - it may help to look for non aquarium specified lights in order to save money
