i have a pair oscar (female lotino oscar & male royal oscar) a week ago they spawn, but the eggs were not turned into baby.
Now, after a week, my male oscar runs away from female oscar and he, isn't willing to sex !! Why?

I heard they usually spawn again after 10 days, is it right?

How have you managed to sex your oscars, sounds to me like you could have two females

Have your pair raised any fry yet? Oscars are pretty much impossible to sex and even if you do have a male and a female doesn't always mean they will spawn together.
Two females will lay eggs and can act like a pair.

You may have a pair it can take cichlids a few attempts to get it right at the start, but with oscars the only reliable way to sex them is if they produce fertilised eggs. Give them good water conditions and time and see how it goes.

i replace royal oscar with tiger oscar now and starting the sex;)
i use a sump with bio-ball, zeolite, ceramic, glass wool, charcoal, plant

Should I use salt?

Why do you want to use salt?
I would only use salt as a treatment for certain conditions.
If the fish are healthy, no need for salt.
