Why so slow on here?

Has anyone heard from Jabba with the cownose rays and what about the guy in new york that just built that shark pond? Have they quit the hobby or went some place else?
 
I'm not talking much on the forum, since there seems to be an overflow of annoying web tough guys lately on here. Plus busy with work and getting the new tank built. Already had the first set back with the civil engineer being an idiot and not making the slab thick enough on the drawings.
 
Turns out 50K gallons of water, plus all my tools (CNC mill, lathe, flowjet...) = um... a whole buttload of weight. In the half million pound range.

double bummer but at least the first bummer solves itself when they shove their feet so far down their mouth that they come out the wazzoooo ;)

Ok, just like to here from knowlegable people on here. Zoodiver can't do it all by himself. :grinno: Building inspecters, civil engineers know how to read books but have not much common sense.:screwy:

Are you going to make all you're own equipment? Skimmer, filters, ect.
 
No - all public aquarium grade equipment. RK2 1000 skimmer, pair of 750 watt UV sterilizers, sand filter so far have been purchased.
