i just got a new fontosa and my other one wont leve him alone is that normal the first one about 6 in the new one is 4-5 in they are 210 gallon

Did you rearrange the decorations when you added the new fish?

What sort of decor do you have?. Is there any hiding places and stuff that can break the line of sight? Aggresion is not uncommon, but the tank size seems fine so if there is something to hide in / behind. Again rearraging to break "old" territory lines are a very good idea.

Yep, this is very common with frontosas. I would go with the above suggestions.

After you rearrange the tank I would turn out all the lights and cover the tank so it was dark for a couple of hours.
