from what i hear, export has come to a hault? only ones left are larger ones kept by personal people who have had them for years.

from what ive heard. the true ST from Thailand are nearly extinct.... the ones people usually see i believe they're from cambodia../ vietnam

Why do you consider the one from Thailand "the true ST"?

because ST stands for Siamese tiger and Siam is the old name for Thailand.
anyway D pulcher come from a couple of countries too.

ST's are banned from export in thailand and the collection points elsewhere have been poor for collecting them recently or so ive heard.
it looks like my big ST is on its way and may be gone in a few weeks time.

The only time we might see more widebars being imported is during the breeding season, when people will illegaly collect wild ones, and ship them to us as tank breed.

I heard from a souce(not to sure if it's true or not), but they are breeding over in asia in farms and they will be in the US.(I'm not 100% if it's true, but just what I heard)

Its highly possible, ivans datnoids are displaying sighns of breeding, but there are to many in the tank for them to actully have a chance to breed.
