wic h fruits veggies safe for sd's and plecs?

i was just wondering wat friuts if any and veggies i could feed my common silverdollars and my blue phantom pleco?i will also be getting more plecs and possibly spotted sd's in the future

Sliced zucchini works... Melon rind also works...just pay attention to actual consumption and get the remain out before they turn soft...

Zucchini, squash and pumpkin (butternut, acorn, etc.), peas, beans (green, lima, butternut), cooked carrots. Avoid fruits, most have too much sugar for fish. Silver dollars love duckweed.
