Wich Gar species do i have?

Hello everyone

I found this gar in my local petstore. They didnt know wich species it is. If it is a spotted gar, i would like to buy it. So eich species is it?

Another question, what do you think about keeping it in a 140 gallon tank? The tank is 60"x20"x30" (lenght*widght*height)

Spotted gar. Won't work long term IMO

it is a Florida gar, that tank should be find for a few years but will need a larger tank in the future.
