This morning wake up and i see 1 of my wide bar just lay down at the bottom of tank and sometime side way. i have it for about over 1 month now. It were active and eat 3 shrimps medium size on yesterday morning but at night it wouldn't eat. what should i do and what kind medicine should i use to treat it ?

Do you know what your water parameters are?
I would go dumping chemicals in there if you don't know what the definite diagnosis is. Your best bet is to do a water change, treat with aquarium salt, increase the temperature and airation for now.
If you think it may be parasitic/bacterial, I would use something natural, like Melafix or Pimafix.

My water parameters are fine. just checked. All the other fish are fine except him. I also have a wide and eat the same food i feed yesterday but it's fine and still active. Then i think i should move it in a hospital tank. i will take picture in like 20 mins.
