Wide Bar Silver Dollar with Cloudy Eye?

One of my largest wide bar silverdollars that I got from Aquascape Online came in with a cloudy left eye. It has like a noticeable cloudiness maybe even to the point of being white. I have tried melafix and have the water kept clean.
However, he is acting normal does not seem to look or be sick eating like a pig and he is def the dominant black bar of the group.
I am thinking he is either blind, suffered ammonia burn in his eye during shipment and it may not heal, or he got into a fight with other widebars and his eye got messed up.
What do you guys think? Will his eye ever clear up?

Should clear up. Probably some ammonia burn. Keep the water clean and should resolve. Does it react on the side if you startle it?

No. He is extremely skittish though, not sure if that helps. More so than the others.

Being skittish probably cause of the eye. Wait it out and keep the water super clean.

Indeed. I will continue doing daily water changes.
